12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

Sheffield | 3 days per week onsite

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partnering with managers and business leaders to deliver effective HR solutions that maximise people performance and support workforce planning
  • Building strong, credible relationships across the business, providing professional and commercially focused HR advice
  • Supporting the delivery of EMEA HR strategy alongside HRBPs and wider HR teams
  • Providing employee relations support, including managing ER cases and investigations
  • Managing long‑term sickness cases and supporting proactive absence management
  • Supporting recruitment activity, inductions, workforce planning and talent initiatives
  • Using HR data and analytics to identify trends and drive meaningful improvements

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous HR experience in a similar role within a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, resourcing, reward and development
  • A proactive self‑starter who delivers practical, value‑adding HR solutions
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels

Desirable:

  • CIPD Level 3 (or above) or equivalent
  • Experience with SAP / SuccessFactors and HR analytics
