Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external client queries, ensuring excellent service at all times.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are actioned within agreed timescales.
- Support Sales teams by ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with distributors, chasing and following up on orders to ensure timely shipment.
- Manage internal sales processes, including order processing, contract administration, quote generation, and maintenance renewals.
- Actively manage and update tickets, escalating issues where appropriate.
- Maintain online catalogues, ensuring pricing and product information is accurate and up to date.
- Support sales activity by contributing data to proposals, RFIs, and RFPs when required.
