About the role

As Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting change from early discovery through to implementation and review. You will help teams understand current ways of working, map processes, gather requirements, define user needs, support business cases and contribute to testing, training and handover. Your work will help ensure that digital solutions and service improvements are accessible, practical, compliant and focused on customer needs.

What you’ll be doing

  • Facilitating workshops to understand current services and design improved future ways of working.
  • Gathering and documenting requirements, user needs, acceptance criteria, risks and dependencies.
  • Supporting digital transformation projects, including system selection, process redesign and workflow improvement.
  • Using data, insight and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and measure benefits.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, partners and suppliers to deliver practical, customer-focused change.
  • Creating and improving business analysis tools, templates and documentation standards.
