Job Overview
We're looking for an experienced and versatile Multi-Skilled carpenter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multiple trades such as carpentry, plastering, basic plumbing, tiling, decorating, and general building. You'll work on a wide variety of renovation and construction projects across South Wales.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of skilled trade work on domestic and commercial projects
- Complete tasks including carpentry, plastering, tiling, basic plumbing, and general building repairs (not all trades are required but would be ideal)
- Work independently and manage time efficiently on-site
- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and scopes of work
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management
- Maintain safe and clean work environments

Requirements
- Proven experience across multiple trades (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Ability to complete high-quality work independently
- Good problem-solving skills and a professional attitude
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Own tools and PPE
- CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
- Flexibility to travel locally to different job sites
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £15.00-£18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
