Cynnal Bro Machno is seeking an enthusiastic, hands on Pub & Bunkhouse
Manager to lead the day to day operation of Tafarn yr Eagles Pub, Penmachno,
from September 2026 as it enters an exciting are era of community ownership.
Located in the heart Bro Machno within Eryri National Park, the Eagles is much
more than a pub. It is a vital community hub, Welsh language social space and

What you’ll do:
- Lead pub and bunkhouse operation, including onsite catering and food provision.
- Deliver exceptional customer and guest experiences
- Manage staff, volunteers, stock, budgets and bookings
- Support community events and local partnerships
- Help grow the business while protecting its community values
- Champion the Welsh language and local culture
- Act as Designated Premises Supervisor and ensure compliance standards
