We are currently seeking a passionate and committed Deputy Manager to join our small organisation to support the management of an ‘OFSTED Registered’ 4 bedded Children's Home based near Oswestry. This is a full-time off shift role Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registered Manager to deliver and maintain a high standard of care, nurture, and support to our young people.
  • Ensure day-to-day operations and management oversight are effectively implemented in support of the Registered Manager, staffing team, and young people.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience within a residential setting, with at least 1 year experience at a senior level.
  • Candidates must hold a Level 3 Health and Social Care CYP or equivalent and be willing to work towards their Level 5 Leadership and Management.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
