To support pupils aged 3 to 16 with communication and interaction difficulties in schools and specialist centres on Anglesey as part of an integrated ALN and Inclusion team, you will:
- Implement the ALN Code in relation to supporting pupils.
- Establish effective working relationships with pupils while acting as a professional.
- Deliver professional teaching work by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities within an agreed supervisory framework.
- Plan, prepare and deliver learning activities for individuals and groups.
- Monitor pupils as well as assess, record and report on their achievements, progress and development.
- Provide guidance and support to manage other teaching assistants including allocating and monitoring work, evaluation and training.
