We are seeking to appoint an Auditor to work within the Council’s Internal Audit Team. The key purpose of this role is to assist in the review of Council services and operations to ensure that there are effective management arrangements in place and to assess the effectiveness by which governance, risk and internal controls are managed within the service or operation under review.
This is a Career Pathway opportunity meaning you will be supported to learn and develop in a role that is varied, engaging and challenging. This is an opportunity to work within various Council services on a wide range of audit projects to improve your knowledge of how the Council works. Appointment subject to satisfactory references.
