We are seeking to recruit a Cook in Charge to join our catering team at Penrhyncoch Primary School on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for managing the school kitchen daily, according to standards set by Ceredigion County Council. The role includes:
- Preparation and service of school dinners for pupils;
- Preparation of special diets for pupils as required;
- Ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Environmental Health standards;
- Adhering to EEC standards on Manual Handling;
- Maintaining general Health and Safety of the kitchen, including hazardous equipment and premises.
