Key Responsibilities
- Maintain site security, including locking/unlocking premises, alarm systems, and keyholder duties.
- Carry out daily safety checks and report hazards or concerns.
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs, and monitor heating and facilities systems.
- Support cleanliness and environmental standards, including waste management and outdoor upkeep.
- Undertake porterage duties such as moving equipment and supporting room setups.
- Complete required logs and follow school procedures.
- Promote and uphold safeguarding responsibilities at all times.
Working Arrangements
Flexible hours, with daily on-site presence during school hours required. Availability for emergencies and some early/late duties is essential.

Desirable:
- Experience in caretaking, maintenance, or facilities.
