Overview
This is a strategic position where the Organisational Development Manager will be instrumental in driving the Council’s organisational development activity by shaping and delivering the Council’s workforce and people strategy. This is one of a number of senior HR roles that supports organisational design and transformation and is focused on implementing a variety of HR initiatives that align with the Healthy Organisation Strategy and the Corporate Wellbeing Plan.
Qualifications
Evidence of all qualifications specified as essential must be provided. Ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
