Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the daily operations of the unit, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered.
- Supervise and support nursing and care staff, fostering a positive and efficient working environment.

- Develop care plans, conduct assessments, and ensure the individual needs of residents are met.
