Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the daily operations of the unit, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered.
- Supervise and support nursing and care staff, fostering a positive and efficient working environment.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and clinical governance frameworks.
- Develop care plans, conduct assessments, and ensure the individual needs of residents are met.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, residents, and their families to ensure quality care and support.
- Assist in staff training, development, and performance management.
- Qualified Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN.
- Strong leadership and management skills within a care setting.
- Excellent clinical knowledge and experience in elderly or nursing care.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional weekends.
