We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Care Home Manager to lead a medium-sized nursing home in Tadworth, Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive, family-run provider with a growing portfolio of homes and strong operational support in place.
The home benefits from a Good CQC rating and an excellent resident/family review rating, reflecting the high standards of care and positive reputation already established within the service. This role would suit either an experienced Home Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career. As Registered Care Home Manager, you will ensure the home delivers high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining strong operational performance, team development, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide effective leadership and day-to-day operational management
