We are recruiting on behalf of a premium care provider for an experienced and passionate Clinical Services Manager to join the leadership team of a luxury care and nursing home in Reigate. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation renowned for delivering exceptional standards of care, with significant investment in its people, clinical excellence and resident experience.
Working alongside the General Manager, you will provide strong clinical leadership across the home, ensuring the highest standards of nursing care, regulatory compliance and team performance are consistently achieved.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead all clinical and care services within the home, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care is delivered to every resident. You will be responsible for driving clinical quality, supporting operational performance and developing a highly engaged nursing and care team. You will also play a key role in maintaining compliance, improving outcomes and supporting the overall success of the service. As part of the senior leadership team, you will deputise for the General Manager when required and contribute towards achieving the home’s operational and commercial objectives.
