The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective and person-centred nursing care while leading and supporting the care team throughout each shift. You will work closely with the Home Manager and wider clinical team to ensure residents receive the highest standards of care and that clinical governance, medication management and documentation are maintained to an excellent standard. Both day and night positions are available.
