Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking to join an ambitious care provider where you’ll genuinely influence the future of the business? We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing, privately owned care group seeking an Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of three residential care homes across the South Coast. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the business at an exciting stage of its growth, with further acquisitions planned and genuine opportunities to progress as the organisation expands.
Reporting directly to the owner, you’ll play a key role in supporting three Registered Managers, driving quality, strengthening governance and ensuring each home delivers outstanding care whilst achieving strong commercial performance.
The portfolio currently consists of:
- 30-bed Residential Care Home in Worthing
- 26-bed Residential Care Home in Southampton
- 40-bed Residential Care Home in Havant
With a newly acquired home joining the group, you’ll play a key role in supporting its integration, improving standards where required and helping create consistency across the wider portfolio.
