We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Care Home Manager to lead a medium-sized residential care home in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive, family-run provider with a growing portfolio of homes and strong operational support in place.

Key Responsibilities:
