We re recruiting on behalf of an established care provider for a Head of Operations to take responsibility for a portfolio of six residential care homes across Lincolnshire. The organisation is undergoing significant growth, expanding from 7 to 13 care homes, with further growth planned. This is an excellent opportunity to join the senior operational team at a pivotal stage, taking ownership of the northern portfolio and playing an important role in its continued development. The Role As Head of Operations North, you ll have overall operational responsibility for six residential care homes across Lincolnshire, comprising approximately 239 beds.
