We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable, family-run care provider for an experienced and dedicated Clinical Deputy Manager to support the leadership of a well-established, medium-sized nursing home in Dover with a Good CQC rating. The Role

Reporting to the Home Manager, you will take responsibility for the clinical oversight of the service, ensuring safe, effective and compliant nursing care is delivered at all times. You will lead the clinical team, support nurses and carers on shift, and drive continuous quality improvement across the home. You will act as the clinical lead within the service, supporting governance, audits, medication management and best practice, while deputising for the Home Manager in their absence.
