  • Deliver outstanding, person-centred care while maintaining full regulatory compliance.
  • Build a positive, accountable and high-performing culture throughout the home.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement and prepare the service for future CQC success.
  • Coach, mentor and develop department leaders and care staff.
  • Ensure excellent governance, auditing and clinical oversight.
  • Manage budgets, occupancy, staffing and overall commercial performance.
  • Develop strong relationships with residents, relatives, healthcare professionals and the local community.
  • Lead occupancy growth through excellent customer service and local networking.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to support the provider's long-term growth plans.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally have:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Care Home Manager within elderly residential or nursing care.
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • A proven track record of achieving positive CQC outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of governance, compliance and quality assurance.
  • Experience managing occupancy, budgets and commercial performance.
  • Outstanding leadership and people management skills.
  • A resilient, hands-on management style with the confidence to hold teams accountable.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and developing people.

What’s on Offer?

  • Salary of up to £55,000 per annum.
  • £5,000 annual performance bonus.
  • Join an ambitious and growing care provider with exciting expansion plans.
  • Strong operational, governance and compliance support from senior leadership.
  • Opportunity to make a lasting impact within a well-established care home.
  • Genuine long-term career progression as the organisation continues to grow.
  • Autonomy to shape the culture, performance and future success of the service.
