We are recruiting an experienced and inspirational Home Manager to lead a newly commissioned, luxury care home in North London. This is a pivotal leadership role, offering full accountability for the successful opening, culture, performance and long-term success of a high-end care service.
The home has been purpose-built to deliver exceptional, person-centred care alongside outstanding hospitality in a premium environment. The Role
As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the homeβs performance across care quality, resident experience, compliance, team engagement and financial results. This is a hands-on leadership position, combining strategic oversight with day-to-day operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the commissioning and successful opening of the care home
- Delivering outstanding care, wellbeing and resident satisfaction
- Recruiting, developing and retaining high-performing teams
- Driving occupancy and revenue growth
- Ensuring full regulatory compliance and working towards Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
- Managing budgets, staffing levels and operational performance
About You
- Proven experience as a Home Manager or General Manager within care or healthcare
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience
- Confident, values-led leadership style
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent), or working towards
- Nurse qualification with active NMC PIN desirable but not essential
