Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Deputy Manager to support the leadership team within a well-established nursing home in Worthing. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified nurse leader looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive care environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure high standards of clinical care, governance, and staff development are maintained throughout the service.

The Role

Reporting to the Home Manager, the Clinical Deputy Manager will be responsible for supporting the clinical oversight of the service, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care is delivered at all times. This position is 75% supernumerary, with approximately 1-2 floor shifts per week, working around 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership to the nursing and care teams while supporting governance, audits, medication management, and quality improvement initiatives.
