We are recruiting an exceptional Home Manager for a newly opened, luxury care home in Ringwood. The service delivers high-quality, person-centred care in a premium environment, with a strong focus on resident wellbeing, dignity and quality of life. The home has already received outstanding external recognition and wellbeing awards, reflecting the strength of its care standards, team culture and resident experience. The next phase of its journey is focused on sustainable growth while maintaining exceptional quality outcomes.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a Home Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding care alongside strong operational performance. You will be responsible for creating a safe, caring and well-led service where residents feel genuinely supported and at home.

Key responsibilities include:
