We're looking for an ambitious and forward-thinking Resolver and Data Analytics Manager to join Cynergy Bank on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in enhancing our risk management capability, driving better insights from data, and helping shape the future of AI-powered risk management across the Bank.

Working within our Enterprise and Operational Risk team, you'll become the key expert for our Resolver platform, helping us maximise the value of our risk data, improve reporting capabilities and explore innovative ways to automate risk processes using AI. What You'll Be Doing

You'll serve as the key link between Cynergy Bank and our risk management technology providers, ensuring our Resolver platform continues to evolve and deliver meaningful value to the business. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the Bank's subject matter expert for Resolver and associated risk management tooling.
  • Driving enhancements to reporting, dashboards, analytics and management information.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of AI-enabled risk management solutions.
  • Working with stakeholders to identify opportunities to automate and improve risk processes.
  • Maintaining the integrity, accuracy and usability of risk data across the organisation.
  • Acting as custodian of the Bank's risk taxonomy and governance structures within Resolver.
  • Supporting monthly risk reporting, risk appetite monitoring and key risk indicator reporting.
  • Analysing risk events, trends and data to identify insights and emerging risks.
  • Supporting regulatory reporting and evidence requests where risk data is required.
  • Encouraging a strong risk culture through collaboration, challenge and support.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical capability with a genuine interest in technology and innovation. You'll ideally bring:

  • Experience working with Resolver or another GRC platform.
  • Experience within banking, financial services or another regulated environment.
  • A strong understanding of risk management frameworks and operational risk principles.
  • Experience analysing and interpreting complex datasets.
  • The ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience producing insightful management information and reporting.
  • Knowledge of FCA and PRA regulatory environments.
  • An interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience

Holiday: 28 days annual leave + public holidays, Birthday leave
