Join Cynergy Bank as a PMO Analyst on a 6‑month Fixed Term Contract, supporting the Programme Management Office (PMO) in overseeing technology change across the Bank. This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic, organised and keen to build hands‑on experience within a structured PMO environment.

This 6‑month Fixed Term Contract reports to the PMO Lead within the Technology delivery function. The Programme Management Office provides portfolio‑level oversight of all technology change at Cynergy Bank, ensuring consistent delivery methods, strong governance and clear, data‑driven reporting. As a PMO Analyst, you’ll support portfolio reporting, maintain delivery trackers and logs, and help ensure change activity is accurately tracked from initiation through to closure.

This role is based in London, with hybrid working from day one (3 days in the office and 2 days working from home).

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Manage Statements of Work (SOWs) for project and programme contractors and support Purchase Order (PO) creation
  • Manage the PO and invoicing process for technology change projects
  • Produce portfolio‑level reporting, including collation, quality assurance and analysis of project plans, status reports and RAID logs
  • Maintain delivery trackers and support key delivery and governance meetings
  • Support portfolio reporting through the PMO Lead, with outputs used by senior stakeholders including the Digital Delivery Director, CDIO and ExCo
  • Maintain and assure portfolio artefacts including Change Request logs, RAID logs, plans‑on‑a‑page, decision trackers and action logs
  • Support project initiation, tracking mobilisation progress and ensuring investment requests are completed and submitted at the appropriate time
  • Support project closure, ensuring closing change requests are submitted to the Transformation Committee in a timely manner
  • Maintain project data logs and provide monthly trend analysis across delivery performance

What You Will Bring

  • Has some experience (around a year is absolutely fine) in a PMO, change, delivery or reporting environment
  • Is keen to build their experience within a structured and supportive PMO function
  • Brings strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Is enthusiastic, proactive and comfortable working with governance, structure and data
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with a range of stakeholders
  • Is confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
