What’s the opportunity?
This 18-month graduate programme offers hands-on experience across key enabling functions including People, Finance, IT, Risk and Operations. You’ll gain a broad understanding of how a modern bank operates while contributing to meaningful projects that improve efficiency, governance and performance.
