Cynergy Bank is looking for a Contracts and Data Lead to join our Procurement team in a role that sits right at the centre of contract lifecycle management, supplier governance and data‑led decision‑making. This is a role with real ownership, not just maintaining processes, but improving them. You will be the business owner for Gatekeeper, driving how the system is used across the organisation and ensuring contract and supplier data is accurate, complete and genuinely useful. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle, from onboarding through to renewals and expiry management
  • Acting as the SME and owner of Gatekeeper, ensuring strong data integrity, system governance and audit readiness
  • Partnering with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance and business stakeholders to ensure contracts align with regulatory and commercial requirements
  • Producing clear, senior‑level reporting on supplier spend, contract performance and pipeline activity
  • Using data to identify cost optimisation opportunities, trends and risks
  • Driving process improvements and system enhancements, including AI‑enabled efficiencies
  • Embedding best practice across Supplier Management through guidance, training and stakeholder engagement

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in contract lifecycle management, procurement operations, or supplier governance
  • Hands‑on Gatekeeper experience is essential as this role owns the platform for the business
  • Strong analytical capability and experience generating meaningful reporting and insight
  • Confident stakeholder manager, able to work across functions and influence effectively
  • High attention to detail with a focus on governance, risk and audit quality
  • A proactive mindset, someone who naturally spots improvements and acts on them
