Join us as an Operations & Change Manager in our Relationship Management Team and play a critical role in how we grow, manage and deepen relationships with our existing clients, helping ambitious businesses unlock their full potential through our human digital banking model.

What’s the opportunity? This is a high-impact role at the heart of our Relationship Management Team (RMT), owning the operational engine that underpins how we manage and grow our client base. You will lead a team responsible for core lending and relationship processes, while also shaping and delivering change that improves how RMT operates. As a core member of the RMT Leadership Team and deputy to the Executive Director, you will influence how the function evolves, ensuring it remains efficient, scalable and aligned to both client needs and regulatory expectations.

Where You will Work: You will enjoy hybrid working, with 3 days in our London office and 2 days from home.

How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Lead the operational delivery of core RMT processes, ensuring efficiency, control and consistency.
  • Manage and develop a team of Associate Bankers, driving performance, capability and a high-performing culture.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, quality and client experience.
  • Partner with Technology and Change teams to shape and deliver system and workflow enhancements.
  • Influence and align stakeholders across Credit, Risk, Product and Operations to ensure outcomes support both business delivery and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Bring:

  • Experience leading an operational or service delivery team within a bank or financial institution.
  • Strong understanding of lending or relationship banking processes and controls.
  • Proven ability to improve processes and deliver change in a live operational environment.
  • Confidence influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and levels.
  • A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and risk awareness.

  • A competitive salary of up to £100,000, depending on experience.
  • Annual performance-related bonus opportunity of up to 30% of base salary.
