What’s the opportunity? Working within our Client Operations team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safe onboarding, monitoring, and ongoing management of our Invoice Finance clients. From debt verification to maintaining the integrity of funded collateral, your work will directly influence client experience, portfolio quality, and the smooth running of our operational processes. How You Will Make an Impact: You will:
- Own debt verification processes, ensuring checks are completed accurately and on time for both new business and our live client book.
- Support the Take‑On Coordinator to safely onboard prospective clients with strong operational governance.
- Assist the Collections Manager as required, helping maintain smooth and compliant collections activity.
- Maintain accurate records, reporting and communicating clearly with prospects, clients, debtors, and internal teams.
- Deliver high-quality service at all times, upholding the standards expected by our clients and the business.
- Protect the integrity of funded collateral, supporting effective risk oversight and decision-making.
- Identify potential sales or product opportunities, signposting clients where needs are identified.
- Adhere to AML and compliance expectations, ensuring vigilance in all activity.
