This permanent position, based in Central London, provides essential coordination and administrative support across Cynergy Bank's Business Continuity activities. You'll help maintain BCM documentation, assist with Business Impact Analyses, support testing programmes, and help coordinate routine premises tasks such as logging activity, processing invoices, and maintaining compliance evidence. Your work will support the smooth running of the Risk & Control team and ensure the Bank can continue delivering core services during disruptions.

You will enjoy hybrid working, with 3 days in our Central London office and 2 days from home.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Support and maintain BCM policies and procedures aligned to governance and Operational Resilience requirements.
  • Assist in coordinating and updating Business Impact Analyses (BIAs).
  • Maintain BCM plans, including business resumption and disaster recovery documentation.
  • Support BCP and scenario testing programmes, recording outcomes and lessons learned.
  • Provide administrative governance support to ensure BC activities are audit‐ready.
  • Maintain and update the Incident Response Team (IRT) playbook.
  • Support routine premises activity across the Cynergy estate, tracking tasks and working with ISS and internal teams.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders and premises‐related documentation (rent, utilities, maintenance, insurance).
  • Assist with compliance evidence for premises‐related controls and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for facilities management activities (not including contract negotiation).

What You Will Bring

  • Knowledge of BCM frameworks, disaster recovery planning and operational resilience.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001 and related evidence requirements.
  • Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder support skills.
  • Ability to support incident reporting and trend tracking.
  • Preferred: Business Continuity or Risk Management certification (e.g., CBCI, ISO 22301).
