This is a role with real ownership, not just maintaining processes, but improving them. You will be the business owner for Gatekeeper, driving how the system is used across the organisation and ensuring contract and supplier data is accurate, complete and genuinely useful. If you enjoy creating structure, improving how things work, and turning data into clear commercial insight, this is a high‑impact opportunity to shape how Supplier Management evolves at Cynergy Bank.

  • Partnering with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance and business stakeholders to ensure contracts align with regulatory and commercial requirements
  • Producing clear, senior‑level reporting on supplier spend, contract performance and pipeline activity
  • Using data to identify cost optimisation opportunities, trends and risks
  • Driving process improvements and system enhancements, including AI‑enabled efficiencies
  • Embedding best practice across Supplier Management through guidance, training and stakeholder engagement

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in contract lifecycle management, procurement operations, or supplier governance
  • Hands‑on Gatekeeper experience is essential as this role owns the platform for the business
  • Strong analytical capability and experience generating meaningful reporting and insight
  • Confident stakeholder manager, able to work across functions and influence effectively
  • High attention to detail with a focus on governance, risk and audit quality
  • A proactive mindset, someone who naturally spots improvements and acts on them

  • An extra day off for your birthday
  • Profit share opportunity up to 25%
  • 9% pension contribution structure
  • Life cover (4x base salary) + income protection
  • Health Cash Plan + annual health screening
  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
  • Holiday purchase scheme
  • Enhanced family‑friendly policies
  • Electric vehicle scheme, Cycle to Work & season ticket loan
  • Education support and development opportunities
  • Plus a range of wellbeing and lifestyle benefits to support you day‑to‑day!
