Working within our Financial Institutions Group (FIG), you'll help deliver funding solutions to specialist finance businesses whilst contributing directly to the continued growth of Cynergy Bank.

The FIG Origination team is responsible for driving new business growth across Cynergy Bank, identifying opportunities, developing relationships and structuring transactions that deliver sustainable value for both our customers and the Bank.

As an Associate Director, you'll take ownership of developing new lending opportunities, building relationships across the specialist finance market and supporting the execution of transactions from initial discussion through to completion.

You'll manage your own business development activity and contribute towards income generation, whilst also partnering with experienced Relationship Directors on larger and more complex opportunities.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being in the market, meeting clients and introducers, identifying opportunities and seeing transactions through to completion.

You'll combine commercial instincts with sound credit judgement whilst building your profile within a highly regarded specialist banking team.

Where You'll Work

You'll enjoy hybrid working, spending three days per week in our London office and two days working remotely.
