About Us

Cyncly is a global technology powerhouse with 2,400+ employees and 70,000+ customers across 100+ countries. Cyncly transforms the way customizable products and spaces are imagined, designed, sold, managed and made. Our end-to-end software solutions connect professional designers, retailers and manufacturers to the world's largest repository of product content. Today, our business spans across the Kitchen & Bath, Furniture, Window, Glass & Door, and Flooring industries with operations in North & South America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Africa. Cyncly brings over 30 years of experience to deliver more value for our customers through an expanded portfolio of end-to-end solutions. Our global presence allows us to provide world-class support and sales with a local touch, providing the best possible customer experience. Cyncly is now embarking on an exciting journey as we continue to expand through strong organic growth and complementary acquisitions, backed by leading growth private equity firms specialised in technology.

The Opportunity

Build the commercial architecture that turns Cyncly's technological innovation into scalable, global commercial success. Over the past three years, Cyncly has built a product marketing discipline that didn't exist before. We have talented PMMs working closely with their business units, developing market expertise, shaping positioning, and earning credibility with product and sales teams across the portfolio. That foundation is real, and it matters. The next step is not about fixing what's broken. It's about unlocking what's now within reach. Cyncly has grown into a multi-industry, multi-BU portfolio with 70,000+ customers across more than 100 countries. The commercial opportunity in front of us — expanding within existing customers, competing more effectively across segments, and telling a coherent ecosystem story to the market — is significant. Realizing that opportunity at scale requires a product marketing organization that is governed and led at the portfolio level. We are looking for the leader to complete that evolution: someone who can institutionalize the commercial architecture that allows Cyncly to compete as a unified ecosystem, not just as a collection of strong vertical products.

The Role

As VP Product Marketing & Strategy, you will lead Cyncly's product marketing team — PMMs aligned to our key business units across KBFr, KBFr Small Business, KBFm, WDG, Flooring, Websites, and LATAM. You will report directly to the CMO and serve as the portfolio-level commercial governance authority across the organization. This role governs how Cyncly's capabilities are segmented, positioned, differentiated, and monetized across all industries, regions, and customer segments — consistently and at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the product marketing team
  • Lead, coach, and grow a distributed team of BU-aligned PMMs
  • Define role clarity, development paths, and accountability frameworks
  • Foster a culture grounded in commercial rigor, segmentation discipline, and genuine customer empathy
  • Attract top product marketing talent as the organization evolves
  • Govern the commercial operating model
  • Design and enforce segmentation and positioning standards across all BU’s. Ensure comparability of PMM quality, KPIs, and strategic assets across the portfolio
  • Govern Opal and AI instruction frameworks to ensure commercial architecture is consistently encoded in automated systems
  • Define and maintain the asset portfolio that constitutes Cyncly's commercial infrastructure
  • Own portfolio-level strategic planning
  • Partner with BU GMs, Product leadership, and the CMO to define portfolio-level GTM strategy
  • Lead market prioritization input into annual planning cycles
  • Provide opportunity sizing, segment attractiveness frameworks, and commercial recommendations
  • Institutionalize competitive intelligence
  • Elevate competitive intelligence from reactive field input to strategic institutional infrastructure
  • Govern structured win/loss analysis, differentiation frameworks, and quarterly competitive reviews
  • Ensure intelligence actively informs pricing, positioning, and roadmap decisions
  • Architect cross-BU expansion and portfolio coherence
  • Define cross-sell pathways and expansion logic across BUs
  • Govern portfolio-level narrative to ensure Cyncly competes as a unified ecosystem
  • Resolve narrative conflicts and prevent positioning cannibalization across the portfolio
  • Align cross-functional commercial execution
  • Serve as the horizontal governance layer across Product, Sales, Global Integrated Demand, Digital Experience, and Content Marketing
  • Define clear decision rights between portfolio-level governance and BU-level execution
  • Drive alignment between the buying process and the selling process at every stage.

What You Bring

We care about mindset, trajectory, and the quality of what you’ve built more than years of experience. If you recognise yourself in the description below, we want to hear from you.

Experience & Background

  • Proven leadership of a product marketing team in a B2B technology or SaaS environment
  • Track record of building and elevating PMM functions — creating structure, governance, and impact where it didn't fully exist
  • Experience managing a multi-product or multi-BU portfolio in a global organization
  • Fluency across SMB and enterprise buyer journeys, messaging models, and commercial dynamics
  • Comfortable in a high-growth, PE-backed environment with pace, commercial focus, and M&A complexity
  • Experience with eCommerce-led or self-serve GTM motions is a strong advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • Commercial architecture thinking — able to design governance models that impose clarity across a complex, multi-BU portfolio
  • Strategic clarity — identifies what matters across competing priorities and translates it into coherent direction
  • People leadership — genuine developer of talent in distributed, globally spread teams
  • Analytical rigor — uses win/loss analysis, customer research, and competitive data as active decision inputs
  • Cross-functional influence — credible and effective working with Product, Sales, Field Marketing, Digital, and C-suite
  • Builder's mindset — equally strong in strategy and hands-on execution; drives measurable outcomes
