About the Role

You will be part of our newly formed Global cash team servicing 23 countries across the world allocating and processing cash receipts across multiple currencies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for allocating global customer receipts.
  • Assisting with bank reconciliation.
  • Managing the allocation of PayPal and other receipts from alternative payment platforms.
  • Managing direct debit process.
  • Support with posting bad debt provision.
  • Supporting collections with putting accounts on stop.
  • Take card payments over the phone.
  • Supporting on team projects to standardise processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience working in a cash handling role/AR role.
  • Experience working with multiple currencies.

Required skills and competencies

  • Proficient English language skills, any other language would be an asset.
  • Ability to time manage and prioritize.
  • Ability to work with a segregated team in different time zones.
  • Use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Service orientated.
  • Excellent written/communication skills.
