Cyient is looking for a Tool Design Engineer for onsite deployment in the UK to work in a high-tech production facility delivering composite aircraft components.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Tool Design related to composite molds and assembly jigs.
  • Design for Manufacture (DFM) assembly jigs.
  • Create tool fabrication quotes, tooling input for new product quotes, tooling configuration changes that involve cost estimation, schedule coordination & implementation.
  • Utilizing root cause analysis, preventative and corrective action to reduce/eliminate non-conformances.
  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Manufacturing or related Engineering Courses.
