Description

3UK Project control generation and maintenance; PID, RAID, Plans, associated Delivery oversight and Reporting

  • 3UK OSS, Core Networks, Infrastructure and IP enabler Planning definition, control and associated Milestone Tracking Management and maintenance
  • 3UK Finance Forecasting and Management

Interfacing with Partner Management for commercial proposition generation and commercial cover

Interfacing with Central Programme PMO for Financial tracking, PO raising and re-forecasting as well as request for POs

  • BAU1 Capability realization

    Infra, Core, OSS and Transport / IP Enablers to allow agile capabilities to be realised

  • BAU2 Capability realization

    Infra, Core, OSS and Transport / IP Enablers to allow agile capabilities to be realized

  • BAU3 Capability Realization

    Infrastructure, Core Network, OSS, Transport and IP Enablers to allow agile capabilities to be realized

  • Tungsten Operate

    Knowledge Transfer and Transition support to new Managed Service Integrator for CIO to enable compliance to processes and SLAs, WLS, OLAs defined in the agreement

  • Oversight of Service Integration Work-packages

    Governance and Technical Assurance of Service Integrator Technical Artefacts example; HLSD, LLD, Test Plan, Test Schedule, Test Exit Reports, Operational Readiness and Acceptance Criteria

3rd party supplier management, daily weekly interlock sessions, planning reviews & escalation management

Governance and Technical interfacing with Core Network, OSS, Infrastructure, Transport & IP Domains to ensure outcomes are aligned to 3UK strategic platforms in line with 3UK Platform, Security and Operational policies
