Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, validate, and optimize operational routings, BOMs, and manufacturing workflows in ERP systems (preferably Infor SyteLine).
- Collaborate with engineering, production, planning, and quality teams to ensure accurate data mapping from design to production.
- Align ERP routings with aerospace-specific processes, including FAI, PPAP, and configuration management.
- Support MRO data structuring and ensure traceability of maintenance information within ERP modules.
- Analyze production data and recommend process improvements for efficiency and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace manufacturing standards and internal quality procedures.
- Participate in system testing, validation, and data migration as part of ERP enhancement or deployment activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, routing templates, and standard operating procedures for ERP integration.
