Overview:

We’re growing the team and looking for a Creative Artworker within our thriving, award winning creative and digital agency. We’re looking for somebody that has the talent to work across a variety of brands, as well as take charge of one of our key accounts. If this sounds like you, we’re looking for the right person to help us on our mission to deliver incredibly creative work for our key accounts and push boundaries.

With an amazing client list, we have multiple streams of creative work, across a variety of clients and sectors. You’ll be working closely with designers and our Artwork Lead, working on the roll out of brand comms, campaigns and digital projects which will span across multiple touch points including print and digital.

Working within our thriving and friendly studio, you’ll know how to prioritise your work and ensure projects are delivered on time to the highest quality. You will also enjoy collaborating openly with the wider agency and stakeholders all in the name of creating work that we’re proud of.

It’s a diverse role, covering a number of artwork and production-led tasks within our busy studio environment. This role requires an excellent understanding of production techniques, print processes, online asset specifications and project sign-off. You’ll be very well organised and have responsibility for quality control. Not only will you need to have an eye for typography, layout, imagery and production, but also capabilities in proof reading and guideline guardianship.

You will need to be accomplished InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, plus have a broad knowledge of the capabilities of other software that exists in a studio environment. Figma, UX or PPT design skills will also be a big advantage.

Key responsibilities:

  • Hands-on creative artwork for a wide variety of communications and channels
  • Support and advise designers in production techniques and print process
  • Responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality control across your work
  • Have a solid understanding of key client’s brand guidelines to ensure accuracy of work delivered by the team, ensuring accurate second checking and proofreading
  • Remain up-to-date with current, plus up and coming production processes and digital outputs/formats
  • Support the Studio Manager and the wider business with ad hoc projects and requirements as and when needed
