Night Support Worker

We are looking for a confident Night Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare.

You will work full-time, 42 hours a week, on 12-hour night shifts, including every other weekend, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Dove Valley Mews.

Dove Valley Mews is a residential service providing outcome-focused care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, who may have behaviours that challenge.

Your day-to-day

• Offer personalized care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
• Learn about individuals\’ specific needs and assist in the most appropriate way
• Assist with and report on medical and welfare needs
• Ensure safety and safeguard the individuals in our care
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
