We are looking for a confident Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You'll be working bank shifts, making a positive difference in the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Lodge Salford. Cygnet Lodge Salford is a high dependency inpatient rehabilitation service for women. The service supports individuals with a primary diagnosis of mental illness, who may also have complex secondary diagnoses, including personality disorders.
Your day-to-day:
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
- Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
- Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help appropriately
- Assist with medical and welfare needs
- Report on medical and welfare needs as required
