Location: Hwb Base: Newport Hwb covering the Gwent area

Contract Type: Temporary secondment – until 31st December 2026

Hours & working Pattern: 35 hrs per week (Full time)

  • Generally, Monday to Friday, with regular evening and occasional weekend work
  • Flexibility on start and finish times to support a work-life balance
  • Compulsory participation 2nd tier on-call rota (Paid)
  • All team members must work flexibly on occasions to meet the needs of the Charity and the people we support
  • Agile working: enabling team members to have flexibility around where, when, and how they work to optimise performance, maximise outcomes and do their best work.

Purpose of the post: To provide assistance in the management and delivery of a high quality, pro‑active, responsive, trauma informed, and person‑led specialist sexual exploitation community outreach support service that enables people to feel safe and empowered.
