Hours & working pattern: 35 hrs per week (Full time), Monday to Friday with regular evening and occasional weekend work. Flexibility on start and finish times to support a work‑life balance. Compulsory participation in 2nd tier on‑call rota (Paid). All team members must work flexibly on occasions to meet the needs of the charity and the people we support.

Accountable for: Support Workers and Support Assistants.
Purpose of the post: To provide assistance in the management and delivery of a high‑quality, pro‑active, responsive, trauma‑informed, and person‑led specialist sexual exploitation community outreach support service that enables people to feel safe and empowered.
Note: This role is solely advertised internally as a temporary secondment until 31 December 2026. Interested applicants are encouraged to speak with their line manager before applying.
