You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Security, Risk, Compliance, Data, and Technology functions.

Success in this role requires more than program management—it requires leadership.

You will bring a clear point of view, influence key decisions, align diverse stakeholders, and help customers navigate complex organisational and technical change.

  • Ensure customers achieve measurable business, operational, and security outcomes from their investment in Cyera.
  • Help customers expand and mature their DSPM and broader Data Security programs.
  • Identify opportunities to extend Cyera's impact across additional business units, use cases, and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership to support long-term account growth, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Product & R&D Partnership
  • Act as the voice of the customer within Cyera.
  • Partner closely with Product Management and R&D teams to advocate for customer requirements and influence product direction.
  • Align customer priorities with Cyera's roadmap and facilitate productive discussions around future capabilities and strategic requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Significant experience leading enterprise security, data, risk, transformation, or technology programs within large regulated organisations.
  • Strong understanding of Data Security, DSPM, Data Governance, Data Risk Management, or related disciplines.
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders in complex enterprise environments, ideally within financial services.
  • Demonstrated executive presence and the ability to influence, persuade, and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Proven ability to lead large cross-functional programs and coordinate multiple teams toward shared outcomes.
