We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Platform Architect to join our team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our R&D team and Field Sales Engineering and Customer Success teams. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of cloud security solutions, and the interpersonal skills to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bridge R&D and Field Teams: Act as a liaison between the R&D team and Field Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams. Translate technical requirements and feedback between teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Operationalize Cloud Security Solutions: Assist in the deployment and operationalization of complex cloud security solutions. Ensure all components are functioning effectively and integrated smoothly.
- Problem Solving and Issue Resolution: Utilize strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly. Prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure timely resolution of high-impact issues.
- Enhance Customer Relationships: Maintain a pleasant and professional relationship with all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding. Provide expert guidance and support to Field Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Technical Expertise: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud security. Provide technical insights and recommendations to improve product features and performance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in the cloud security domain.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and security solutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building strong relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Certifications in cloud security or related fields (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)) are a plus.
COMPENSATION INFORMATION: The range represents total compensation, and may include incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable. This compensation range represents Cyera’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in Cyera’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Cyera’s business and other operational considerations. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements. This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
