Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative procedures related to HRDA-approved training programmes.
- Prepare, submit, and maintain HRDA documentation before, during, and after training delivery.
- Coordinate participant registrations, attendance records, and training files.
- Coordinate the dissemination and promotion of training programmes, ensuring materials are effectively communicated to target audiences to maximise participation and reach.
- Ensure compliance with HRDA requirements, procedures, and deadlines.
- Liaise with trainers, participants, and internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
- Maintain accurate and well-organised training records.
- Provide administrative support for all education and training-related activities, beyond HRDA-approved programmes, as required.

General qualifications and requirements:
- University Degree (Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent) or Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in training administration; experience with HRDA procedures will be considered an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, email).
- Excellent written and oral English and Greek language skills are essential.
