Working closely with the Head of People, the People & Culture Team Lead will provide day-to-day supervision and coordination of the P&C team, ensuring the effective and consistent delivery of People & Culture activities across CyDen.
This is a hands-on senior generalist role with particular responsibility for managing complex employee relations matters, supporting and developing the P&C team, providing guidance to managers and improving HR processes and service delivery.
The role will support the Head of People in delivering agreed operational and strategic People priorities, while ensuring day-to-day HR activities are managed efficiently and effectively.
