The Role

We are looking for Operators to join our Warehouse Department on a fixed-term basis.

Working as part of the Warehouse team, you will support the movement, preparation and supply of materials to our production operations, as well as the movement and storage of finished goods.

The role is varied and may involve working across different Warehouse activities, including Decant and Line Feeding, depending on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, pick and move materials required for production.
  • Supply production lines with the correct materials and quantities.
  • Move and store materials and finished goods safely and accurately.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and traceability.
  • Follow all Health & Safety, quality and warehouse procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and waste management.
  • Report any issues or anomalies to the Warehouse Team Leader.
  • Support continuous improvement within the Warehouse and Production areas.
  • Carry out other reasonable duties to support the business.

Previous warehouse, manufacturing or materials handling experience is desirable but not essential.

  • Hours of work
  • Dayshift - 06:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday with a minimum of 30 minutes paid breaks per shift
  • Two-shift AM - 06:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday with a minimum of 30 minutes paid breaks per shift PM - 14:00 to 23:00, Monday to Thursday with a minimum of 35 minutes paid breaks per shift - 14:00 to 18:00, Friday with a minimum of 10 minutes paid break.
  • Three-shift AM - 06:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday with a minimum of 30 minutes paid breaks per shift Nights - 22:00 to 06:00, Sunday to Thursday, with a minimum of 30 minutes paid breaks per shift PM - 14:00 to 22:00, Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 30 minutes paid breaks per shift
  • An allowance of 10% will be paid when working the PM shift on a two-shift rotation and a 20% allowance will be paid when working nightshift.
