This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional operating at manager level to take on a high-impact role. Working closely with the Head of Finance, the Finance and Transformation Manager will strengthen financial governance, improve systems and processes, and enhance financial insight across the organisation. The role offers the chance to lead meaningful finance transformation work and contribute to the implementation of new systems and processes. It combines hands-on technical finance work with people management, cross-organisational collaboration and deputy support to the Head of Finance, making it well suited to someone ready to deliver visible organisational impact. This is an 18-month FTC, with the potential of transitioning to a permanent role upon completion.
