Company benefits include but not limited to: Pension, Flexible Working, Birthday as Leave, Additional Leave for Length of Service, Death in Service Benefit etc Role: Senior Systems Engineer * Lead systems engineering activities across the full engineering lifecycle, including requirements management, architecture development, integration, verification, validation, and acceptance. * Develop and maintain robust system requirements, technical architectures, interface definitions, configuration baselines, and engineering change control processes. * Provide technical leadership and assurance, leading design reviews, technical reviews, risk assessments, and compliance activities within safety-critical and regulated environments. * Collaborate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve complex engineering challenges and support successful project delivery. * Support bids, technical solution development, project planning, testing, commissioning, and operational issue resolution, ensuring delivery against quality, cost, and schedule objectives. * Drive continuous improvement, mentor and develop engineering teams, and ensure compliance with health and safety, GDPR, corporate governance, and diversity and inclusion requirements.
