This is a fully remote position within the US within our Commercial Operations department.

Position Summary: This is a full-time position within our Commercial Operations department.

Salary: This position is paying between $180,000 - $190,000 base salary depending on experience.

This is an opportunity to influence commercial strategy at a senior level while shaping the operational foundations that enable business success. Working across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Market Access, Analytics, Finance, and Data & Technology, you'll help translate commercial priorities into effective execution, driving alignment, performance and measurable results.

What you will be doing:

  • Shape the Commercial Operations function, connecting commercial strategy, field execution and business performance to drive growth and impact.
  • Translate strategic commercial priorities into clear actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Support launch readiness and commercial effectiveness initiatives, ensuring the organisation is equipped to maximise opportunities.
  • Drive territory sizing, design, alignment and optimisation to ensure commercial resources are deployed effectively against business priorities.
  • Own customer targeting and segmentation processes, partnering closely with Analytics and Data & Technology teams to enable effective commercial decision-making.
  • Translate KPI frameworks into actionable field-level productivity scorecards and territory plans that drive focus, accountability and performance.
  • Partner with Commercial Finance to support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities.
  • Help shape commercial strategies through data-driven forecasting and performance insights.
  • Support franchise and brand planning through scenario modelling, market analysis, and strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with the Analytics team to define KPIs, dashboards and reporting requirements.
  • Work closely with the Data & Technology teams to prioritise, evaluate and implement AI-enabled solutions that support commercial objectives.
  • Support the integration of AI capabilities into CRM, field force effectiveness, incentive management, reporting and commercial planning processes.
  • Ensure CRM is fit for purpose for both the sales force and commercial leadership, driving adherence to and adopting CRM best practices across the field force.

Skills and experience that will help you to succeed in this position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in a Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or Analytics role within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry.
  • Confident user of operating Sales CRMs (Salesforce, Veeva, or similar) and familiarity with commercial data sources (IQVIA, Symphony, Definitive, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of Life Sciences Commercial processes (Customer Engagement, Targeting, Alignment, Incentive Compensation, Marketing Operations, Pharmacy, Finance, Patient Services).
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including Excel, SQL, Python and exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to influence decision making and collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
